Clear information. Informed decisions.

Trust, privacy and access

Understand what our labels mean and who can see the information you share.

Self-declared

Professional credentials

Profession, experience, qualifications, licenses and availability are supplied by the member. HCPRegistry has not independently verified them. A license marked active reflects the recorded status and expiry information, not a check with the licensing authority.

Publication status

A published profile

Publication makes a profile eligible for employer search only when the professional also enables visibility. It does not certify the person’s identity, credentials or suitability for a role.

Access permission

An approved employer

An administrator has enabled hiring access for the account. This is a platform permission, not independent verification of the business or its representatives. Paying for a plan does not replace this approval.

Separate consent

Your CV, your decision

CV download requires a published, visible profile, CV-sharing enabled, a file on record and an approved employer with an available unlock. Hiding your profile or disabling CV sharing blocks future employer downloads through the site. It cannot recall copies already downloaded.

Who can see what?
  • Public visitors: article titles, summaries and public author biographies.
  • Approved employers: published professional profiles whose owners enabled search visibility; CVs only under the separate access conditions above.
  • Active subscribers: full articles and privately stored paper downloads. A reader subscription does not grant candidate-search or CV access.
  • You: your own profile and saved reading list. Your own articles remain readable without a subscription.
  • Site administrators: can manage profiles, accounts and site content, including access needed to administer the service.
Does a complete profile mean a verified profile?

No. Profile completion measures how much useful information has been added. It does not assess accuracy, professional competence or suitability, and is not a hiring score.

Are articles peer reviewed?

No independent peer review is implied. Authors are responsible for their contributions. Publication, bookmarks and related-article suggestions are not endorsements of scientific or clinical accuracy.

What should employers check?

Confirm identity and credentials through appropriate sources, including the relevant licensing authority, and assess experience and references before making a hiring decision. Do not treat matching filters as verification.
