HCPRegistry

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Who we are and how to contact us

HCPRegistry is operated by BAIT MARJ PORTAL, United Arab Emirates. For account support, billing questions, complaints or privacy requests, contact info@hcpregistry.com. These terms govern use of our professional profiles, hiring tools and article subscription services.

2. Accounts and responsible use

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any organisation you represent. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Do not impersonate others, upload unlawful material, scrape profiles, resell access, send unsolicited bulk messages, circumvent access restrictions or manipulate readership and earnings records.

3. Professional profiles and hiring

Professional details and credentials are supplied by members. Publication, profile completeness and email confirmation do not verify identity, qualifications or professional competence. A specific license-check label records only the limited check described with that label. Employers must independently assess identity, current licenses, references and suitability. Search results and matching tools do not guarantee a job or suitable candidate.

Professionals control search visibility and general CV sharing. Submitting an application separately shares your current profile, account email and CV with that employer under the platform’s access rules. Withdrawing an application removes that grant, but other permissions may still allow access and already downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Employers may use member information only for legitimate recruitment and must protect it and comply with applicable law.

4. Articles and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your original contributions. By submitting content, you grant HCPRegistry a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format and display it to operate the service, including public titles, summaries and author biographies. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, acknowledge sources and remove confidential and patient-identifying information. Contact us about infringement or removal requests; retention required for disputes or legal obligations may continue.

Articles are member contributions; publication does not imply independent peer review or endorsement. Content is educational and professional information, not personalised medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgement. Subscribers may read content for their own use, but may not redistribute paywalled articles or private downloads without permission.

5. Subscriptions, payment and access

The plan, currency, price, billing interval, taxes and any promotional conditions shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges through Stripe. Access starts after successful payment and any required account activation; a subscription does not override suspension, eligibility or a member’s sharing permissions. Failed payment or expiry may interrupt paid access. These are digital services; no physical delivery is involved.

Papers subscriptions provide reading access. Hiring plans provide the features and limits described for that plan. Free access, discounts and trials apply only when expressly offered with their conditions. We will notify affected subscribers of material price or subscription changes before they take effect, allowing cancellation before the next affected renewal.

6. Cancellation and refund requests

Cancel through Manage billing in your account before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, with access continuing until that period ends. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself issue a refund or delete your account. If you cannot access billing, contact info@hcpregistry.com promptly for help.

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, an access failure or another refund request, email info@hcpregistry.com with your account email, invoice reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers. We assess requests individually and provide any remedy required by applicable law. Unless a refund is approved or legally required, unused time is not automatically refunded. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing time varies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

7. Publisher programme

The publisher programme is currently experimental. Dashboard amounts are test estimates, not a settled balance or a promise of payment. The proposed model allocates 50% of eligible Papers receipts after discounts, taxes and refunds according to qualifying readership; hiring subscriptions are excluded. Refunds, disputes and invalid reads can change estimates. Live eligibility, settlement and external payout arrangements must be confirmed before paid participation begins. Stripe processes subscription payments; international author payments are intended to be handled separately through an approved bank or payout provider. No international payout facility is represented as operational.

8. Moderation, suspension and availability

We may investigate misuse, restrict access or remove content to protect members, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the decision and you may ask for review at info@hcpregistry.com. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, employment outcomes, article accuracy or publisher income. Account closure does not remove obligations already incurred or override a refund or other remedy required by law.

9. Privacy, changes and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account notice. Contact us first to resolve concerns. Applicable UAE law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
